We offer two distinct apartments tailored for the filming industry:

Apartment 1: Furnished

Description:

• Style: Traditional and Chic

• Layout: High ceilings and large windows

  • Living Area: Expansive with exposed brick wall. Includes a sleek, minimalist sofa, a glass coffee table, and leather seating areas.                                                                                 The space is designed to be versatile for various shooting angles and setups.

• Kitchen: U shaped Kitchen. Features slate tile backsplash, and high-end finishes..

• Bedroom: One of the three bedrooms features a classic four-poster bed with rich bedding. The room is adorned with vintage nightstands and an antique dresser. 

• The other two bedrooms have vintage nightstands, queen size beds and area rugs.

• Bathrooms: Designed with a minimalist aesthetic that blends well with the rest of the apartment.

• Additional Features:. Neutral color palette with high-quality, easily adjustable lighting to create different moods.

Apartment 2:

Description:  Unfurnished

• Style: Retro and charming with a mid-century flair.

• Layout: More segmented with defined rooms.

• Living Area: Cozy with warm hardwood floors.  Unfurnished, allowing set designer a clean canvass for design purposes.

• Kitchen: Retro-style with Saltillo stone flooring, a vintage refrigerator, and white cabinetry. The kitchen includes an area for a small dining nook.

• Bedrooms: Include window sheers and lighting.

• Bathroom: Designed with retro tiles and fixtures, including and period-appropriate lighting.

The apartments are ideal for:

• Period pieces, nostalgic scenes.

• Commercials and TV shows that aim to evoke a vintage or classic ambiance.
